Nucar Continues Longstanding Support of Notre Dame Arena in Berlin

Nucar’s relationship with Notre Dame Arena in Berlin, New Hampshire, is built on more than a name on the building. It is a long-term commitment to a community gathering place that has brought generations of local families together around skating and hockey.

That commitment continued this year with a $35,000 donation to Notre Dame Arena, part of Nucar’s ongoing annual support for the facility. Since 2007, Nucar and the Dagesse family’s contributions to the arena have now totaled approximately $800,000.

Nearly Two Decades of Support

Nucar’s support of Notre Dame Arena reaches back to 2007. Over the years, those contributions have helped the arena continue serving Berlin and surrounding Northern New Hampshire communities while also supporting improvements to the facility.

The partnership has included major investments at important points in the arena’s history as well as consistent annual giving. That combination matters: major renovation projects can help prepare a community facility for the future, while recurring support helps it continue doing what it does every season.

In 2025, Nucar provided its regular $35,000 annual donation and contributed an additional $75,000 toward lobby renovations. That extra investment helped support another round of improvements to a place that holds plenty of memories for local players, families, and fans.

For 2026, Nucar has continued that tradition with another $35,000 annual contribution.
